There was a lot of material in this lesson to process. Learning about all the different types of modals was helpful especially knowing about their different uses. Although I was familiar with active and passive voices, it was a good reminder of their differences. And I did not know much about phrasal verbs (or I had forgotten what they were from high school). So overall, this unit was helpful to learn/relearn these 3 topics.The importance of going to class fully prepared. I have learned about lesson planning and the importance of lesson planning. I have learned that it is vital to be organised and to know what should be included in your lesson plan Eg: Learner objectives,personal aim,timing interaction etc... When planning a sequence of lessons there is 4 main categories you should always keep in mind. *Flexibility. *Goals. *Revision. *Variety.
