Reading and listening are both equally important skills to teach the students,specially the young learners. They enrich the students with much general knowledge which will increase their ability to be creative , and they also enrich them with new vocabulary words time by time. They way of teaching how to read an article or to listen to something is actually more important than knowing how to learn it as the student should be engaged and interested in the topic that he is going to learn about. Otherwise he/she would lose interest and doesn't focus in the lesson.
