In conclusion, through the comparison and contrast between the two videos, we find that teacher's attitude and teaching techniques have a profound effect on the lesson efficiency. In the two videos, the teacher has totally different attitudes towards students in the class. Students are more interested and keen to participate in the class when the teacher is positive and easygoing. Also, students have a more tendency to answer questions when the teacher encourages them and praise them while they have a correct answer. In terms of teaching techniques, students can think actively when the teacher uses some pictures and miming skills to elicit vocabularies. A good teaching plan plays an important role in an effective class. In the second lesson, the teacher uses a patchwork ESA lesson plan.The teacher designs several activities for students and students can practice more about the language point.
