Undoubtedly, a teacher often faces some problems and issues in the classroom. Taking the first class the teacher meets new students who may be shy, unconfident or even suspicious. The key point is to create an aura of frienship and build up mutual understanding. That will help students to feel relaxed and get acquainted with each other (if it is a new group) and with a teacher. At the beginning of each class the teacher shouldn't start with giving a new topic and teaching new material. I think it is always better to let students \"tune in\" doing some warming activities like singing English songs or playing games. Within the class the teacher may encounter such a problem like students who are at different levels. In my opinion, the best way out is to hold pair or group activities combining stronger students with weaker ones. It often happens that students speak their native language in class trying to avoid mistakes and errors made due to lack of knowledge. It is essential to encourage students to speak more English and explain to them that making mistakes is not a catastrophic thing.
