English Learning material and books may stand as useful utensils for English learners and teachers if utilized adequately and appropriately. Course book material should be adapted around the particular class, the level of understanding, age and cultural background. A good teacher will adapt, supplement, replace or omit certain material of course books in order to suit the needs of the class. The material used should be enticing, fun, non repetitive, age appropriate and highlight the ESA lesson plan which is effective in teacher English to non - native speakers.
