The essence of this chapter has given the reader enough overview regarding the roles of the students and teachers in relation to classroom management and understanding both parties at all times. As a teacher, one should be able to know exactly the role of teaching and be able to apply all the necessary skills of teaching. Once this is understood by the teacher, he or she will be able to be effective in class. For instance, in a forty minute class, a teacher would not be able to apply all the nine roles mentioned in this chapter. But as an effective teacher, he or she will be able to manage according to the needs of his or her class.
