Teach English in Qingnian Jiedao - Bengbu Shi
In this lesson modals, passive and active voice, and phrasal verbs, which are transitive and intransitive, are explained. This unit shows what words are considered to be modal words and what makes them modal. It clearly defines passive voice, which in a way is voice without much action. It also gives many examples of transitive and intransitive verbs. At first I found phrasal verbs to be difficult until I used them more in context.Materials are an important part of teaching, and for a teacher, using a combination of course books, creative materials, and authentic materials suitable for the learner level is essential. Authentic materials are more appropriate to more advanced learners. Flexibility and vigilance (ensuring that students are getting what they need from lessons) on the part of the teacher is more important than sticking to a rigid course schedule.
