This unit allowed me to reflect on the humanistic aspects involved when teaching within a controlled, friendly and inclusive classroom environment. The need for all students to feel engaged and an essential part of the learning experience. Additionally the unit allowed me to see how this can be achieved through the professionalism of the teacher and the positive rapport established between the teacher and his/her classroom students.Having your personal style of teaching is crucial.It is also not easy to manage a class and maintain a discipline. Thus, I understood how it is better to lead the lesson, behave with students,organise pairwork/group work, individual approach,give instructions and many other useful things included in Classroom Management. I was especially interested while reading about the position of a teacher in the classroom and writing on board.
