This unit gave a very brief introduction to lesson planning and its purpose and importance. The unit provided sample lessons and examples of lesson activity materials. The unit tied lesson planning with the Engage, Study, Activate approach to lesson planning. This unit hinted at long-term lesson planning with a flexible mindset. The unit also covered the evaluation of the lessons by the teacher having a reflective and open attitude.An overview of this unit would be that of how not to teach a lesson in video demonstration one. the second Video demonstration lesson was in my opinion a pleasure to watch, it demonstrated great interaction and excellent communication between teacher and students. Whilst I would like to think that with anybody with a degree of common sense would immediately see (prior to watching video two) that this was not the way to undertake a class
