This unit is about Course books and lesson materials. Different materials are useful for different reasons and some may be better suited to some types of student and others suited to others. It is important to use course books as a guide and not stick to them too rigidly. Essentially the teacher must assess which learning materials would be best for the students they are teaching and this may differ between different groups of students.This unit talked about the different types of groups we may end up teaching. From beginners, children adult beginners and business clients. While a lot of the main principles of teaching remain the same regardless of level and group, they do vary slightly. More often the speed and pace of the lesson will be the major differing factor amongst the groups. Each lesson still needs to be fun and motivating regardless of who you are teaching.
