This TOEFL course has taught me many lessons during these 120 hours. They can be summarized into grammatical, classroom management and lesson planning enhancements. As a native english speaker, this course has taught me how much work goes into studying the english language. It also taught me that I should have paid more attention in grammar class. The grammar lessons were very interesting to me and caused me to further my own personal english skills. As a current ESL teacher of eight years, I did not think that I could learn much from the classroom management sections, but I was surprised. The course brought insightful ideas and words to natural mannerisms that take place in the classroom. I feel this course will help me in my current supervisory role. Finally, this course helped me with my lesson planning. I have found the ESA method is very beneficial in language learning. I have implemented this principal in my current classes and the response seems great. In the future I hope to continue with the youth teaching certificate and use this knowledge to train and empower my subordinates to build a world-class curriculum. Thank you for this course.
