Teaching stylesA teaching styles includes the principles and methods used for training. Commonly used teaching styles may include class participation, demonstration, recitation, memorization, or combinations of these. The choice of an appropriate teaching style depends largely on the information or skill that is being taught, and it may also be influenced by the talent and enthusiasm of the students. During this research I?m going to describe different teaching styles and try to understand which of them might be the most effective. I have listed the next teaching styles and described them hoping to discover which could the best and the most effective one. The Command teaching style is the closest approximation to the traditional system of education under the progressive teaching technology, student-Directed Teaching.As part of the five different teaching styles developed by Don Green, Command is the most willingly understood by students, as it is most similar to what they are used to from the public system. As Don Green describes it. The Command teaching style is for those students whose learning characteristics require formal instruction and a specific assignment for the practice to be appropriate for the student to master the objective. These students need to be directed as to what they will do during the class time assigned to the specific subject being studied. The Task teaching style is an option available to students under student-Directed Teaching, a progressive teaching technology that aims to give the student a greater sense of ownership in his or her own education. This teaching style is "for those students who required formal training and yet are capable of making some choice as to the appropriate practice for them to master the objective.This formal instruction happens at the same time as the Command students. Peer-Partner is one of the choices available to students in student-Directed Teaching, a progressive teaching technology. Along with student-Teacher Contract and Self-Directed, Peer-Partner is a teaching style that requires a different level of independence from Command and Task. It is, to some extent, a self-directed teaching style that allows the student in his or her own fashion. student-Teacher Contract is a exclusive choice available to students under student-Directed Teaching, a progressive teaching technology. student-Teacher Contract is a teaching style that student seldom choose. It is primarily intended for students who need limited instruction, but are not ready to be entirely Self-Directed. The student is responsible for creating the contract, which includes what will be done, in what order, and for how long. In this style, the students require a little more structure, which they receive from creating a contract to follow. At the same time, with input from the teacher, this contract allows the student to begin to personalize his or her learning according to their strengths and weaknesses. student-Directed Teaching is a teaching technology that aims to give the student greater control, ownership, and responsibility over his or her own education. Developed to counter institutionalized, mass, schooling, student-Directed Teaching allows students to make their own choices while they learn in order to make education much more meaningful, relevant, and effective. Conclusion With so many different teaching styles and approuches it can be difficult to decide which is the best to use. Unfortunately there is no clear answer to that dilemma a lot depends on our individual circumstances. After listing and describing most of the teaching styles I can say that all of them could be practised during the lesson. According to my students? opinion the most effective teaching style is the Command Teaching style as it resambles a lot to the traditional teaching system. And yet it is difficult to say which of mentioned above teaching styles could be the most effective one. In reality each teaching style has its plusses and minuses but some certain conlusions can stil be drawn. students need as much of lanugage explosure as possible, they need a certain amount of input, they should be encourage to practise the language and communicative tasks could really help in improvement the language ability.
