In this chapter first of all I have learnt the qualities of a good teacher mostly that, a good teacher should be fair, have good knowledge of what he is teaching because at any time his students are ready to ask him/her questions as well as learn from him because the students take him as model and finally should motivate his students. Secondly I have learnt that when teaching we should first of all understand the type of audience we are going to teach in relation to age, which helps us to determine or anticipate the Motivation, behaviors and experience of the students. Finally in relation to knowledge of the language, whereby we can categorize students into beginners, elementary, Pre-intermediate, intermediate and advanced ones.
