Boomerang ESA approach:Engage-Activate-Study-Activate.An effective teacher will think about which structure is most appropriate to the class and to the language that will be introduce.For example,if you want to teach students vocabulary items that relate to food.You need to choose the appropriate words for the students and task.You should know what do students need to know about the vocabulary item.And think of possible methods can all be used to help students to learn the word and use it.
