I learned about different methods to trouble shoot common problems in classrooms. The use of a game, such as, pass the ball game, would help to establish rapport in the first lesson. Using warmers, such as, hangman, pictionary, or memory games would start the class in a more interesting way and set the tone of the lesson. Some students are quicker learners and it's best to have extra work prepared for them so they won't become bored easily. The use of worksheets, pair/group work, and appointing leaders would help in large classroom environments. Students tend to use their native language to speak so we must make sure activities are at the appropriate level for the students and that explanations are clear to all students in the classroom.
