The first unit was a great why to start the coarse. Letting me understand what makes a good teacher and learner. A good teacher is a motivator, involving all students in the lessons, helping and assisting the children who are struggling with extra attention and guidance. A teacher is able to take control of the class, is able to organize students and the classroom, is able to give correct and valuable feedback about the learners abilities. A good learner has a desire to learn, think and reflect on the lessons, is able to ask for help and is able to question. A learner can vary in age which means each has their own motivation for wanting to learn, the different experiences of the learners contribute to the way the lessons will develop.
