Unit one discussed the roles of a good teacher, it was noted that personality plays a major role in capturing the students? attention, people with a good personality usually appear to be more approachable and that is extremely important, as it will encourage students to make contact with their teachers with any question they may arise at. This unit also discussed what makes a good student and also the relationship between students and teachers, this unit taught me that it is important for teachers to know there students and their level of fluency in the course so as to better cater to their learning needs, whether it is by means of motivation or the distribution of course work according to the level of fluency of a particular student.
