Unit 5 focuses on how to manage a class. As a teacher, It is important to know how to behave with the students, to bring them at their best. The position of the teacher in the class must be taken seriously as it influences the behaviour of the students for each activities. The teacher must be strict but also flexible to keep the class in confidence and talkative ( in English ). The teacher should never dominate or intimidate the students, so his gesture, his position and his attitude during the class are an important key for the good progress of the class and to build a good rapport with students. The teacher should never loose face when bad behaviour from students is happening. The teacher should be seen as an inspiration for the students.
