This unit talks about different ways of evaluating students' levels and progress and some common external exams. I like how this unit points out three ways (tutorial, evaluation by the students and the commonly known test) to evaluate students that remind teachers the importance of teacher feedbacks/check-ins and students' self-evaluation. This unit provides a very clear and organized list of tests at different stages of learning, including the placement test and diagnostic test in the beginning of a course, the progress tests during the whole learning process, and the achievement test at the end of a course or school year.
