BOTH THOSE ASPECTS ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT OF COURSE. DURING AN ESA SPEAKING SKILL LESSON THE STUDY PHASE IS THE BEST FOR TEACH ACCURACY, WHEREAS THE ACTIVATE PHASE IS MORE APPROPRIATE FOR FLUENCY.IN GENERAL WE CAN HAVE 3 DIFFERENT SPEAKING SKILLS ACTIVITIES: CONTROLLED (STUDY PHASE), GUIDED (STUDY AND ACTIVATE PHASES) AND CREATIVE (ACTIVATE PHASE).
