In this unit we've been concerned with the productive skills; speaking and writing. They are equally important for the purpose of communication. I also had found some of the differences between accuracy and fluency. Some of the differences can be described as for accuracy as part of the study phase, while on the hand fluency is part of the activate phase.Therefore, it sounds logical though, because accuracy focuses on correctness, it has to be strongly related to the study phase. While, fluency tends to be more related to the activate phase, because it focuses on generating new language and putting things in practice. Its been emphasized that both skills are equally important for the process of teaching. Furthermore, this unit has covered some of the useful activities to insure the results of both skills during teaching process. I've come across some of the techniques of how to encourage students to speak up and overcome their fears, and as a result of achieving a successful interaction. Last but not least, this unit has covered a guideline for some of the useful and creative speaking activities. However, there is indeed some of hurdles when it comes to writing. its been pointed out some of the challenges in forming a correct English writing, so there were few tips had to be followed to make sure that we are on the right track of producing clear language.
