Unit 5 was very interesting in that it taught me the different techniques and skills required to manage a classroom. This unit informed me of the importance of classroom management which must be friendly and relaxed while at the same time must maintain discipline. In addition to this, unit 5 taught me how to approach classes that compromise of different sizes to ensure that the teaching method is always beneficial towards the students. Furthermore, I am now aware of the importance of maintaining eye contact with students to ensure and to maintain discipline in the class, which means to avoid having your back facing the class.
