In this unit I have learnt how to organize and maintain the class by creating a relaxed and disciplined environment. In this way I have learnt that proper use of eye-contact, gestures and voice can do great work to manage the class. Also grouping of students depending on the activity to be carried for example in pairs or small groups or at individual basis also have advantages and disadvantages that shouldn?t be under looked before using any of the methods. I have also learnt the three different ways of arranging the students? sitting arrangements in class, which include orderly rows, Horse shoe and separate tables.
