To be a teacher that is a very great job, just if you did it in the right way, that is because if did not, the result will be very bad. You will affect to the character of the students in negative or positive way,maybe that affection continue for along time, so we have to be aware of what we will do. The teacher has to make his own discission for when he has to use the role ( manager, organize, assessor, prompter,participant, tutor, facilitator, model and monitor ) that is depending only what the case is, he has to be sensitive and choose his words and behavior carefully. Also, the students must be keen and excited for what he is learning, so he must have a willingness to listen, open mind, ask questions,( never shine about asking questions ), active, has an acceptable to correct his error or has flexibility and all of that depend on the age of the student, if he is adult or young, because it will be deferences in learning expedience, motivation, nervousness, language awareness, behaviour problems, life experience, culture and first language and language level.
